As the firm founder and manager, Madeleine Weldon-Linne sets the tone of defense collaboration with
the client to strengthen the defense. Ms. Weldon-Linne has over 25 years of experience in the court room
defending complex tort cases including medical malpractice and personal injury claims.   Madeleine is
a member of the Illinois and Wisconsin Bars. A graduate of Northwestern University (B.A. l975),
Madeleine was the Valedictorian of her law school class (DePaul College of Law, l981). An extensively
published author and presenter.  In 2007, 2008,  2009 and 2010, Madeleine was named as a Super Lawyer
in the area of Civil Litigation Defense. Super Lawyers are the top five percent of attorneys in each state who
are chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law and Politics.  Peer nominations and
evaluations are combined with third party research.  Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer
recognition and professional achievement.  Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis.
