Ms. Weldon-Linne has over 25 years of experience defending medical malpractice and personal
injury claims.  Madeleine is a member of the
Illinois and Wisconsin Bars. A graduate of Northwestern
University
(B.A. l975), Madeleine was the Valedictorian of her law school class (DePaul College of
Law, l981). An extensively published author, she has also given numerous presentations on risk
management and medical malpractice issues. Ms. Weldon-Linne focuses her practice on the defense
of civil lawsuits and complex tort litigation.   In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Madeleine was named as
a SuperLawyer in the area of Civil Litigation Defense.
