Anthony Salerno is an associate attorney with the firm. After attending Loyola University of Chicago (B.A. 1994) and John Marshall Law School (J.D. 1997), he served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois for five years. In that capacity, he tried several cases to federal juries, both as first chair and second chair counsel. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois. Anthony has exceptional experience in all elements of civil litigation at the trial court level, from initial pleadings through trial.
For the past five years, Anthony has focused his practice on defending physicians, medical groups and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation, from inception of the lawsuit through trial. He is a special assistant attorney general representing the State of Illinois in condemnation actions.
